Well, this is how to make a post on Blogger

 First you have to enter www.blogger.com using your gmail email and password, then click the pencil-like image, then in the top entry column write the title of the post/news, in the bottom column for the post/news article, if you want to use it click on the photo next to the link, if to add a video, click next to it near the picture

then select click again on the label on the right under the entry settings, then select the appropriate label for the news article, for example, LAW, ECONOMY, etc., after the article is written to be published on the blog/website, click on publication, wait for it to change, finish seeing the results.
